Description
Shellty® Neutral is a solution developed to eliminate odors and maintain the hygiene of Shellty® textiles in daily use.
Its formula helps to neutralize odors caused by liquids or fluids, leaving the sheet fresh and sanitized until the next wash. Simply spray a microfiber cloth with Shellty® Neutral and gently wipe over the affected area.
Tested on the Shellty Kids® range, it is a practical way to keep the bed clean, fresh, and ready for a comfortable rest.

The customer has the right to return their order within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14.
For the return to be accepted, the product must:
- be intact and show no signs of use
- be returned in its original packaging
- include all accessories and documents
- be accompanied by the respective invoice
The return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or does not match the item ordered.
Upon receipt and verification of the returned product, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days, using the payment method used for the purchase or by bank transfer.
How should I wash the Shellty Pro Care®?
Shellty Pro Care® can be machine washed at 30 °C to 40 °C, using a suitable detergent, without fabric softener or chlorine-based products. In an institutional setting, it may be subjected to industrial washing processes under the conditions validated by the manufacturer.
How should I dry the Shellty Pro Care®?
It can be tumble-dried, respecting the recommended temperatures of 60 °C to 70 °C, or air-dried, provided it is not exposed directly to sunlight.
How should I take care of Shellty Pro Care®?
Avoid using fabric softeners, bleach, or chlorine-based products. Follow the washing and drying instructions and regularly check the condition of the fabric to preserve its technical properties.
How long can Shellty Pro Care® remain on the bed?
The specified periods are up to 7 days (168 hours) in a hospital setting and up to 12 days (288 hours) in a non-hospital setting, provided that the product remains visibly clean, dry, and in adequate hygienic conditions. Applicable protocols must always be respected.
How to use the Enzymatic Stain Remover?
Apply to the stain, leave it to act for 10 to 15 minutes and remove the residue with a damp cloth. If necessary, wash the sheet according to the care instructions.
How to use Shellty® Neutral?
Remove any excess liquid or visible dirt, spray the product onto a microfiber cloth and gently wipe the affected area. Allow it to dry completely before using the sheet again. The product does not replace washing when necessary.
